Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $150: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150.
    Please note: This offer does not apply to sale items. Orders must meet the $150 minimum before taxes and after discounts, excluding any sale merchandise.

  • Shipping Timeframes: We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2–4 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, holidays).


Return & Exchange Policy

At The Radish Loft, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue or error on our part. In such rare and special cases, we will reach out to you directly to issue a full refund.
  • For all other returns, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

  • In-Store Purchases: Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Online Orders: If your order was shipped, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate an exchange or store credit. You can email or call us with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • Store Credit Terms: Issued store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used toward any non-final sale item.

Final Sale Items

All sales are final on the following:

  • Sale and markdown items

  • Special orders

  • Food items

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Used items

These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Additional Notes

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or store credit for items that appear worn, used, altered, or damaged.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an error occurred on our part.
