Refund policy

We hope you love your items from TRL! 

  • In-store and Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 days of purchase in-store or 7 business days of receiving your package. Tracking provided by TRL's software system. 
  • Original shipping fees paid by customer cannot be refunded. 
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS: seasonal, holiday, intimates, sale items 
  • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Which includes: pop up sales, discounted items 30% and more. No exceptions.
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return/exchange. Items must not have been worn or have any stains or smells. 
  • DAMAGED ITEMS must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email us at shopradishloft@gmail.com with photos of any damages and of the bag or box the item was shipped. 
  • RETURN SHIPPING COST is the customer's responsibility, unless the mistake was made by TRL.
