Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Shipping cost varies by item. We work with carriers to insure we get you the lowest shipping cost possible.
Standard shipping takes 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays).
Expect to receive your package 2-3 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipments occur only on weekdays (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Fridays, will be processed on the following Monday.
Shipping is subject to change (very rare) and you will be contacted prior to be charged.
Please expect shipping delays during site wide sales and during the holiday season.
TRL is NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping time. Please contact your local carrier.
All orders include tracking with delivery confirmation. Sometimes tracking information is not updated in a timely manner.

International Shipping

Wrong Address

TRL is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address before you checkout.
If the package leaves the TRL with the incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost, once we receive their package back. If the package is not delivered back to us and goes to the incorrect address, TRL will not be held responsible.
